1. Our Products
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions and photos are accurate.
However, since fruits and flowers are natural products, the color, size, and shape may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders must be fully paid before delivery.
Prices shown are in RM.
If an item is out of stock, we may replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless we agree otherwise.
3. Delivery
We’ll do our best to deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact number are correct.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may leave it at a safe spot or return it to our shop (additional delivery fees may apply).
4. Returns and Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products.
If you receive something damaged or not fresh, please contact us within 3 days with a photo of the item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Perishable items (like fruits or fresh flowers) are non-refundable once accepted in good condition.
5. Use of Our Website
All content on our website — including photos, text, and designs — belongs to MyFruit.com.my.
Please do not reuse or copy our content without permission.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal details you share with us (like name, address, or contact number) are used only to process your order and delivery.
